Hello! I’m Angelina.

I’m just like many of you—a mum. My world revolves around my family, especially my teenager, Norman. Norman is an amazing boy—funny, smart, and kind. But, like many teenagers, he has faced challenges. One of them has been bad acne. I’ve seen him struggle. I’ve seen him look in the mirror and feel sad. As his mum, my heart ached. I wanted to help.

For years, we tried many things. Creams, doctors, different foods. Some worked a little, some didn’t. But then, one day, we found something new. Something we hadn’t thought about before. It was dairy.

I had always known that what we eat affects our bodies. But I never thought about the link between dairy and acne. It all began when I read an article. The article talked about how dairy might cause acne in some people. I thought about Norman and his love for milk, cheese, and ice cream. Could this be the reason?

I spent nights reading. I learned that for some people, dairy can trigger the body to produce more oil on the skin. This oil can block pores. Blocked pores can cause acne. The more I read, the more I believed we were onto something.

But, just reading wasn’t enough. We had to try it. I sat down with Norman. We talked about the idea of leaving out dairy. No milk. No cheese. No ice cream. It wasn’t going to be easy. But Norman, being the brave boy he is, said, “Let’s try it, Mum.”

Together, we made a plan. We removed all dairy from our kitchen. We learned new recipes. We found new snacks. Slowly, days turned into weeks. And guess what? We started to see a change!

Norman’s skin became clearer. The red spots faded. He smiled more. And it wasn’t just his face. His confidence grew. He felt better about himself. It was like we found a missing piece of a puzzle.

Now, I’m not a doctor. I’m a mum. I can’t say that removing dairy will help everyone. But it helped Norman. And if sharing our story can help even one more person, then that’s a win for me.

I created this website for all the mums and dads, sisters and brothers, friends and caregivers who want to help someone they love. Here, I’ll share our journey, our recipes, and our tips. Because every teenager deserves to look in the mirror and feel good.

Thank you for being here. Let’s take this journey together.

With all my love,

Angelina.
